Terms

YOUR EVENT TIMELINE

Events should be planned at 85% and SAB's role in your event must be defined and clear. 

FITLINK APPROVAL

A FITLink Program/Activity Request form should be submitted or approved prior to submitting the Collaboration Form.

The event budget should be submitted and/or approved by the SGA Finance Team prior to submitting the Collaboration Form.  

Once the afore mentioned items are complete, you can then request to collaborate with the SAB via our Collaboration Form at least 3 to 6 weeks prior to the even date.

COLLABORATION PITCH

When your collaboration form is received, the SAB will vote to accept the collaboration. If approved, the requesting group will be asked to present to the SAB. 

Meetings

 Once approved, open communication and planning meetings is necessary when it comes to collaboration with the SAB. Any lack in the collaborative planning process will lead to a collaboration cancellation. 

Budget

The SAB does not serve as a source of event funding. Should you seek financial support for your event, a Budget Request can be submitted to the SGA Financial Team. We seek to collaborate and assist in creating a innovative and engaging program together. 

Marketing

& Advertising

All advertisements and designs must be agreed upon between both groups before printing or sharing on social media. 

DAY OF THE 

EVENT

A clear event timeline and assigned roles must be agreed upon with ample time in advance. to ensure a smooth running event. Lack of preparedness will result in the denial of future collaboration requests. 

CANCELLATIONS

In the spirit of collaboration, the SAB's priority is to always host the event however, if the collaborating group does not meet the SAB Collaboration Terms & Guidlines, the SAB will cancel the collaboration if necessary.
